Can someone please help with this scenario question."your director is in another part of the region when you receive an email from another dept requiring the return of a draft framework for a 2 yr strategic plan by 5pm the same day. You realize the original email was sent on a day when there was IT problems and you are unable to track the original email. realizing the director has not been aware of the requirement, you decide to.....".
