Question: When is the tax collected to be deposited with Gujarat VAT Department in Gujarat?

Answer: The Tax collected should be deposited within 2-3 days of the entry of goods if the Buyer/Facilitator is unregistered dealer under G-VAT through return-cum-challan.

For the registered dealers in Gujarat the Tax so collected need to be paid within approximately within One Month immediately from the end of the month for which it is required to pay.
