My answer would be like this ,
Sir i don't believe in shifting company to company for personal or financial sake, because in every company we will be put to learn their own product which will not help us in growth of knowledge and experience. As we all know experience makes a man perfect, we can improve ourself and put forth new ideas in the same company through our thorough knowledge of the same company product.

its better to gain knowledge and experiences deeply for the growth of an individual as well the company rather shifting company to company of gaining nothing

The only reason not only this organisation but any can be lack of proper work ethics. If there is manupulation in performance appraisal, if there is no growth opportunities nuthin can make me stay here. But if it is Justified then i dont loose such an organisation.

But As far your organisation is concerned the market information says it is justified so i want to contribute to your growth and also grow with you
