If the applications are running in same Web Container ,communicating two servlets is possible

let there be two web applications wone and wtwo
one.jsp and two.jsp are two resources in wone and wtwo respectively

displayed answer is not correct, If i dont want use database then what will happen.

We have two applications in that we have two servlets each.they(servlets)are communicate with each other using ServletContext Interface
ServletContext ctx=getServletContext()
ServletContext otherServ=ctx.getContext("/otherApp/index.html");
String s=otherServ.getAttribute("com.xyz.abc");

when two applications have two servlets.
Then first we create ServletContext object for first web application servlet.And use that ServletContext object and to getContext(second webapplication root name)
