Calculated risks

of course if there is a benefit to everybody (organisation,employee and customer)

Taking risk is a good quality but it should be calculated.Example-during the testing if we are not following the SDLC process and skipping some steps(feeling that this step is time consuming and this step will be tested in other step automatically).Then these types of risk can be taken.

Life itself is risk,so i like taking risk,which gains me experience.

ya one can take the risk to achieve his dream and at the same time knowing consequences in the worst case and accepting the challenges that it will put further.
