We can create multiple logical drive after 24 character is used u can assign that as a folder or mounting the drive. Source:

as per English word a 2 z and among them 2 drive are reserve for cd drive and removable mass storage device and we can only create 24 logical drives thanxx Source:

we can creat maximum 23 lojical drives because A ans B is reserve for floppy disk and C is the primery paertition it means we can creat D to Z(logical drives) Source:

we can create 23 logical partitions. A&B reserve for floppy drive. C reserve for windows. rest D to Z can be logical drives. but only one can be extended partition, it can be count as logical drive. Source:
