Question: If a male employee in maharashtra gets monthly salary of Rs. 8500 but gets only Rs. 4000 (due to non-attendance) in say Aug of that year should we deduct Rs.175 of that month also? Is the Rs.175 applicable monthwise or it is Rs.2100 yearly and he is just given a facility to pay monthly and any short payment to Rs.2100 is to be paid at least in the last month.
