Most of the software companies use their own model instead of following the sdlc models.mainly they use hybrid models i.e taking benefits of one or more model and then they apply in their project.

Azile model is the latest sdlc model which software companies are using..

there is no such spacific models most of the cos adopting just thay taking advantages of diff models and adopting mostof them they are combining Water Fall Model,V-Model and spirall now-days agile model

I dnt think that any company follow full software engineering rules may be some of largest follow . Models are also the part of SE so in my opinion mixture of SE models follows

spiral model y because it is easy to modify and to develop the project in as earlyer
