You along with another Officer is transporting a level 4 prisoner (level 4 is an extremely violent felon) to the jail. While driving south on Washington St., you notice a fatal accident between three vehicles on the corner of Penn and Washington St. One of the driver's involved in the crash was visibly injured, and trapped inside his vehicle. Witnesses at the scene flags you down to come and help.
