FAT32 and NTFS are partition types

FAT stands for file allocation table which can store small data in it and FAT32 its version , its having very small size and not provide any security ,compression ,encryption and quota to data.

NTFS stands for New Technology File System it support large partition size and provide security,compression , encryption and quoty to data

Second think NTFS partition is much better for security purposs than FAT32.

FAT 32- File Allocation Table. its partition size is 16 TB and file size is only 4 GB.

NTFS-Network technology file system. its partition size is 16TB.file size is 8TB. its file size is much higher than FAT

Fat is stand file system allocation and Ntfs is stand new technology file system
