The balancing factor is height. The difference in height of the right subtree and right subtree should be +1 ,-1 or 0

The AVL tree is balanced when the left sub tree and right sub tree are equal.

the balancing of a tree should be done only when the node balancing factor other than 0 or 1 or -1.
