We can define smart work as a Work which can be done on right way and on right path. A work in which we put our effort in such a way so that we can be certain about good results. In hard work we work but without any direction, so in this way results or success becomes unsure.

Smart work can be defined as the work that will be undergo in a corporate office where your work and you have the recognization.

but hardwork is like the work which we works but the recognization or the result may unknown.
that means may take an example of government offices where the recognization is given to the seniority itself only.
it is not to criticze them but about the recognization given to their work

I do not know, who has coined these words Smartwork and Hardwork, probably they can define it better. I can define sincere and honest work, which is done with interest, determination, honesty, integrity and that has a goal.

simple:- a smart worker sharps his axe for 10 mins by knowing it makes his job easy & chops the tree in 30 mins, a hard worker chops the same tree for an hour with more strength for double the time. similar is the difference between hard work & smart work
