In inbound process, you have to sit on your position and just wait for the call which will comes to you on a rotational basis and you have to give the appropriate answers to those query or questions which is fired to you by your clients/customers, where as in outbound calls you have to do the call as per your business and process requirements.
In bound process, you have to make a call to customer regarding sales or collection. In inbound process, we received call from customer regarding their queries problem. we have to listen them very carefully and make sure. they should satisfied with our service.
