befor the establish ment of organisation allready buget setup for each section,the compay has own buget and target and they setup margin for each section every financila year as per the growth of company and they well mentioned about salary before cunducting the interview. in bpo comapny there is huge demand for workers so they direcly organise an interview and kept the students who will fit for them and for freshers the salary range from 5000 INR to 12000 INR. Source: CoolInterview.com

it is depend on company standard.
