    HR is Human Resources. Normally this is the department of a company that manages anything to do with the employment of its workforce; i.e. payroll, medical benefits, 401k savings, retirement, and profit sharing. They are also responsible for the hiring and firing of employees.

    HR is one the arrogant bossy person a candidate come across at the end of the Recruiting process. They are as same category as of the giant demon boss the XBox/ps3 player comes across while playing video game. They ask irrelevant and most intriguing questions. I don't know why they have weak technical skills too. They have bigger chair than those we find in Tech interview. They can ruin your entire recruiting process just by saying sorry you are not hired. May be this boosts up their mega-boss ego. Not trying to be ironic but the fact I came across in my life.
