    First we check that then Power cable is correctly inserted or not.

    if yes then,
    check that the power to motherboard is correctly given or not

    if yes then,
    check the RAM that is correctly inserted into the slot.

    First we should check in Bios CD Rom is present or not then after check boot sequence,First boot CD Rom. then save changes.

    1. First we must go to bios and should check boot sequence,local hdd status.
    2. we should check RAM.
    Till not booting
    3. remove the RAM and clean the ram and the RAM SLOT and fix the RAM

    First go to BIOS Settings and check boot menu there select first boot option HDD or check the HDD power or data cable .

    First we are all Check that RAM(Randam Access Memory) Fix it Correctly. This RAM properly not fix Booting problem will come. Next point in system start time u press in F8 key then more option isthere u select in Last know good configuration select and go check it then same Problem will come one more option is there select in Safemode option is there select and go it inside it will go after that working in proberly. After that also boot in not proberly some of the dll fils in correcpted . Then do in format condition this final decision.

    fist change a bios setting and after then change bios bettry now not sole open ram in ramsolt chack bip continu bip it means mother board is ok, now change ram 90 % chase for your computer is ready.

    please don't check the RAM because please understand question. the prob. is system is not booting it means there is no proper bootable device. or some os file may be missing. so first go bios setup then make shore that all the bootable devices inserted properly. if not please inset properly. if every is correct in bios hard disk is configured then please repair os or reinstall os

    thanks.

    in question they are not asking that system is not getting on. but very clearly they are telling that system is not booting

    IF YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT BOOT FIRST OF ALL CHECK THE BOOT SEQENCE BY PREESING DEL BUTTON AND GO TO BIOS BOOT UP SEQENCE. AND THEN CHECK POWER CABLE AND DATA CABLE IS PROPERLY INSERTED OR NOT.

    1. First check what is the exact problem where the error is coming.

    2. check the connectins of the HDD.

    3. Clean the RAM and insert it properly.

    4. If the above ways are checked but the problem still persist then try for the first repair and the problem will be solved.

    5. From the 4 point hte problem is not solved then try for second repair and after that problem will be solved.

    6. After 4 and 5 point still the problem persist and format the HDD. But remember to take the backup in other hdd or take another hdd and install fresh copy of windows. Restore the data.

    if suppose to everynthing fine means power cable and RAM also. after that just remove the RAM and then switch on the system, that time the system will get continious beeb sounds means motherboard problem only. it will go for repaire it

    1. all first press dell key and go to bios and check that hdd is connected or not, if hdd is not connected than check jumper setting, change power connector or data cable.
    2. if hdd is connected and show in bios setting than take backup in another pc and format the hdd

    First Check the Power connections. If ok then Check the SMPS, ok then check fo to BIOS setup and see the Boot sequins... First boot device should be HDD. if still problem exists Reinsert the Ram...

    first open the bios then check hdd is detected or not. if not change the hdd cable. if detected then also booting is failure then install the xp.

    First we should check your hard disk data connector (bus cable) which called PATTA and SATTA cable (no setting needed), if it's PATTA cable we should set the jumper in master slave position help of small diagram in back of hard disk. Secondly restart your system press Del button going to bios features 1st boot device cd rom, 2nd boot device hard disk and press f10 to save

    check hard dist data cable and power cable. then ram. and boot the system check boot option.

    First we must check the power supply,switch,power cables,if its ok then move on to the SMPS,if smps is fine then remove the RAM and cleen it,and insert it after inserting, same proplem appears then again remove the RAM and switch on the system,if you get continous beep sound then the problem is motherboard you need to go check your motherboard.

    First check power cable then check whether SMPS is working by shorting black & green wire,then see whether power exist to the MBD and CPU fan rotates.After this go to CMOS setup & check the boot sequence keep first boot device as HDD & save to CMOS and exit setup(f10).We should check ram when num lock is working(on/off pressing) & we are not getting display.

    First Step:-Firstly we look the problem.that what is the problem showing?

    Second Step:-We cheak all connection which are properly connected or not?

    Third Step:- If connections are not connected so connect tham properly.

    Forth Step:-We go to BIOS & cheak Boot priority
    (We will select boot order from whom we want boot computer like boot from HARD Disk select HARD Disk DRIVE.
    For Boot computer from CD-DVD select CD-DVD Drive.)
    now press f10 (key)& save changes than press enter.

    Fifth Step:-Now computer will be boot whatever we want...
    ok

    *first check the boot device priority
    *check ram, in some cases ram doesn't support motherboard so try another ram
    if you have sata drive, see in bios that sata device is enable
    *if you not loaded window fist time,then see that heavy virus in your system,format it take of backup

    if your computer not booting follows the folowing steps:-
    1. turn on ur pc.
    2. press f8 after pressing on button.
    3. select safe mode option and pc starts run in safe mode.
    after completing the appropriate process your pc starts booting.

    i hope my answer is helpful. i am hardware and software engineer in hcl.
    there are also many ways to solve this issue but this only almost works.
