INTERVIEW QUESTIONS J2EE JSP DETAILS

Question: I m sending my data frm one page. The second page process it & saves to database and display message like DATA SAVED on same page(second). If I refresh the browser the same query re-execute & again same data store. How Can I check this(I meanwithout using sendredirect to another page)

Answer: if you are using primary key or unique constraints in table of ur DB, just catch those exception and can print the error msgs..

if you havnt kept primary key or uniqueness constraint in ur table, the you hav to keep a condition for checking whether that perticular details exits or not and thn try to insert then
