    What is an email client? What is difference between email client and web mail?

    the e-mail client is client end software which is to be present in the client systems for the mail to be downloaded where the webmail is a web page access which does nto read any client-end software.
    2. the e-mail clients can store the mails recieved on the client PC where as the mails in the webmail can only be viewed ann cannot be downloaded into the system.

    In email we have to install softwere at client end where in web mail there is no need to install softwere.

    The e-mail client end software to be present in the system,the e-mail client software is downloading softwre and tha web mail software is only acessing the software but web mail client is not downloading. tha e-mail client is downloading and save the data on the e-mail client and e-mail client system is installing the software and web mail client system is not installed

    The E-mail Client is basically access from local system ,like local software through (ms outlook).
    The web mail is normally you can access any were where is internet available, this is not in local system.
