Question: I have created a file with vi editor with -x option.
#vi -x hello.sh

This is an encrypted file with password.
when i again open this file, it ask me to enter a password before editing it.

Can i remove that password, but i dont want to delete that file.

Answer: open ur file with vi and type the following
:set key=

Including the :(colon) symbol
This will set ur key to blank
