What is the difference between sql and oracle?

when two or more transaction executes concurrently but the result is same as they run serially then these transaction are called serializable transaction and to convert two transaction into serializable transaction is called serializablity. Source: CoolInterview.com

serialization is nothing but it saves the state of an object at runtime.and also easy to transmits date from one system to other system.the difference between sql and oracle is sql is a collection of databases.and oracle means itself database we cant create any database. Source: CoolInterview.com
