But all things considered, you take responsibility for where you are, how you?ve gotten there, where you are going?and you harbor no regrets

If you have worked many years for the same company, this is an opportunity to hit it out of the park. One of the fasted ways to get ahead in a career is to quit a job for one with better pay. Do this enough times and you are making top dollar.
